Julie Bauman
Julie Bauman has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Essex Financial as a Client Relationship Manager, Julie was a Registered Marketing Associate at Smith Barney in Bloomfield Hills, MI. She graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Accounting, and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Julie and her family live in Ivoryton.

Cherish L. Genova is a Registered Principal & Client Relationship Manager with Essex Financial in our Farmington office. She has over 13 years of financial services experience & over 10 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Essex Financial she was a Registered Sales Assistant at TD Wealth Management. Cherish maintains her series 4, 6, 7, 24, 53, 63, & 65 securities licenses as well as her Life/Variable Annuities/Variable Life insurance license.
Cherish currently resides in Hartford County, CT with her husband, Mark & their many pets.

Liz Haas is a Client Relationship Manager with Essex Financial. A 1983 graduate of Hofstra University, Liz began her career in finance with EF Hutton & Company in fixed income research. She later worked for Drexel Burnham Lambert in their commodities department. Upon moving to Connecticut, Liz spent 7 years at Shoreline Financial Advisors. She joined EFS in 2009. Liz holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Liz and her family live in Madison.

Kimberly LaFrenais is a Client Relationship Manager with Essex Financial. She previously spent 6 years at A.G. Edwards, Wachovia Securities and UBS Financial Services in the same role. Kim joined Essex Financial where she was able to attain her goal of being part of a service oriented, client-centric financial services firm.
Kimberly holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. She lives in Old Saybrook, CT. with her husband of 40 years, Michael. They have 3 grown children and one grandson.
She enjoys cycling, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Lisa B. McMinn is the Operations Manager and a Registered Principal with Essex Financial. A 1986 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, Lisa began her career with Tucker Anthony and RL Day in New Haven, CT, working in various operational capacities. She later became a Registered Sales Assistant with Morgan Stanley in New Haven and Madison. She holds the Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses.
Kathy Miller
Kathy Miller is a Client Relationship Manager with Essex Financial. She graduated from the College of Mt. St. Vincent with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She comes to Essex with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry in a client service role. Kathy holds the Series 7 license.
Kathy has four grown children and two grandchildren and lives in Fairfield, CT.
Kathy supports Sean Flynn and Kevin Nolan in the Southport office.

Pauline has close to 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Essex Financial, she spent over a decade with Fidelity Investments serving clients in a variety of roles. She holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 securities licenses as well as the State of Connecticut Life Insurance and Variable Contracts Licenses.
Pauline and her husband live in Westbrook, Connecticut.
